Police are currently searching and appeal for public assistance to help locate missing man Neil.
The 74-year-old left his Patterson Lakes residence about 4.30pm yesterday and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for Neil's welfare as he has dementia.
Police have been told Neil walks in a shuffling motion with his head down.
He was last seen wearing a blue/grey zip up jacket with grey pants and a baseball cap.
An image of Neil has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
