Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Phillip.
The 22-year-old was last in contact with family on 6 October.
He is described as having a solid build, 180cm tall, olive complexion, short black hair, beard & moustache.
Phillip is known to frequent the Keilor East, Sunshine West and Brooklyn areas and may be travelling in a white 2014 Chrysler sedan.
An image of Phillip has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Phillip is urged to contact Avondale Heights Police Station on 9337 6777.
