Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Scott.
The 46-year-old was last seen on Park Street, Brunswick about 7am on Friday 8 September.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
Scott is Caucasian in appearance, balding, 185cm tall with a solid build.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark T-shirt.
Investigators have released an image of Scott in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Scott or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
