Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ocean Grove man Mitchell.
The 36-year-old left his address on Shorebreak Way on 20 September to take his dog, a tan coloured English Staffordshire, for a walk and failed to return.
He was last seen in the Ocean Grove shopping area, with his dog, a backpack and a shopping bag.
Police and Mitchell's family have concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he has been missing and a medical condition which requires daily medication.
Mitchell is described as being 185cm tall, medium build with dark hair and a beard.
Police have released an image of Mitchell in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
