Police seek help to locate missing Pakenham woman Dianne Hamilton

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Pakenham woman, Dianne Hamilton.

Dianne was last seen at a property on Central Avenue in Pakenham about 7.30pm when she left the property on foot.

Police and Dianne's family hold concerns for her safety as she has a medical condition that requires ongoing treatment.

She was last seen wearing a grey and white woollen jumper with blue jeans and she had a blue walking frame with her.

The 63-year-old is described as 164cm tall with a thin build and brown hair, worn in a bun.

Anyone who has seen Dianne or has information on her current whereabouts is urged to call Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
