Police are searching for missing Rowville teenager Adrian.
The 16-year-old was seen in his bedroom, at his home address. around 9am but was not missed until 1pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Adrian frequents the Ringwood Swimming Aquanation and uses public transport to get around.
Investigators have released an image of the missing teen and are urging anyone who sights Adrian, or has information on his whereabouts, to contact Knox Police Station on 9881 7000
