Police are searching for missing Rowville teenager Adrian.
The 16-year-old left his Rowville home sometime between 10am and 4pm on Sunday.
Police and Adrian's family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Adrian often uses public transport to get around and police are appealing to anyone who sights him to contact police.
Investigators have released an image of the missing teen and are urging anyone who sights Adrian, or has information on his whereabouts, to contact Knox Police Station on 9881 7000.
