Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 13-year-old boy, Jay.
Jay was last seen in Monbulk about 3pm on Friday, 2 May.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Jay was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a Pokeball image and black track pants.
He often uses public transport and is known to frequent Monbulk and Berwick.
Police have released an image of Jay in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
