Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Francesco "Frank" Basile.
The 15-year-old was last seen at his Coburg address about 4.30pm on Friday.
Police and Frank's family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Frank is described as having a slim build and long, curly brown hair.
Police have released an image of Frank in the hope someone might have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Frank or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Brunswick Police Station on 8378 6000.
