Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren teen Jackson
The 13-year-old was last seen near the Narre Warren train station about 7.30pm on 18 October.
Jackson is 160cm tall with a solid build and blonde hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded top and beige shorts.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Jackson in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Jackson is urged to contact Endeavour Hills Police Station on (03) 9244 2238.
