Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Meadow Heights woman Helen.
The 64-year-old was last seen at her home address in Malmsbury Drive some time after 6pm on 31 July.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
Helen is described as 152cm tall with a solid build and long dark hair.
Police have released an image of Helen in the hope someone can supply information on her current whereabouts.
