Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Balwyn North woman, Lilly.
The 48-year-old was last seen in Burwood Road, Hawthorn East about 3pm on 6 August.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
Lily is described as having a medium build, blonde/orange hair and was last seen wearing a grey hooded top and black pants.
Investigators have released an image of Lily in the hope it will assist in locating her.
