The 42-year-old was last seen in Keysborough at about 11pm on 2 February.
Police and family hold concerns for Vesna's welfare due to medical condition and her disappearance being out of character.
She is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 173cm tall with dark hair.
Vesna was last seen wearing a green vest, black pants, black shoes, and a purple bucket hat.
She is known to frequent Tatterson Park in Keysborough.
