Police Seek Information After Armed Robbery, Break And Enter At Kempsey

Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery and break and enter incident at Kempsey early this morning.

About 3.30am (Wednesday 15 October 2025), a group of males armed with machetes forced entry to a fast-food restaurant on Smith Street before threatening staff and stealing keys to a silver Isuzu SUV.

The group then left in the stolen SUV and a grey Mercedes reported stolen from a home in Port Macquarie.

A short time later, a group of males forced entry to a tobacconist on Forth Street before stealing several items.

Mid North Coast Police established crime scenes at both locations and have commenced an investigation into the incidents.
