Police are appealing for information after a man was allegedly threatened and robbed outside Mt Druitt Railway Station yesterday.
About 7.15pm (Monday 2 September 2019) a 56-year-old Erskine Park man got off a train at Mt Druitt Railway Station and walked to his car on Beames Avenue, Mt Druitt.
As the man sat in his car and spoke to a family member on his mobile phone he was approached by three men.
One of the men allegedly produced a knife and threatened the 56-year-old man, who handed over his wallet and car keys.
The three men left the scene in the man's car – a white Nissan X-Trail with NSW registration DNR 42K.
One of the men is described as being of Caucasian appearance and of skinny build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and a dark, hooded jumper with the hood pulled over his head.
The other two men were described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance with medium builds – possibly wearing shorts.
Officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command are investigating and wish to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at that time.
