Police seek information after break and enter; vehicle stolen - Waverley

Police are appealing for information after a vehicle was stolen following a break and enter in Sydney's eastern suburbs earlier today.

On Tuesday 18 March 2021, officers from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command received reports of a break, enter and steal from a home on O'Dowd Street, Waverley.

Between 12am and 6.30am, Thursday 18 March 2021, a sum of cash and a black Audi were stolen from the home.

A woman, man and two children were home at the time.

About 6.35am, the Audi failed to pay for fuel at a service station on Oxford Street, Paddington.

As inquiries continue, anyone with information on break and enters in the area, or who has seen a black Audi with registration CWO-70D, is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
