Police seek information after water dragons shot with darts - Warriewood

Police are appealing for public assistance after four water dragons were found shot with darts on the Northern Beaches yesterday.

Officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command have been told a wildlife officer found the injured reptiles midday yesterday (Wednesday 26 January 2022), at the wetlands on Shearwater Drive, Warriewood.

Police were alerted and an investigation commenced with the red plastic-tipped darts seized for further examination.
