Police seek information into firearm theft at Peak Hill

Police are appealing for information as investigations continue into the theft of firearms from a property in the state's central west.

Between 9pm on Saturday 20 and 8am Sunday 21 February 2021, a property on Ingalba Street, Peak Hill was broken into and several long arm rifles were reportedly stolen from a safe.

Ammunition and a Suzuki RM250 2000 trailbike were also stolen during the break-in.

Officers attached to Central West Police District attended and established a crime scene.

As investigations continue, police wish to speak with anyone who noticed suspicious behaviour, or who has CCTV or dashcam footage from the area between the times indicated.
