Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to an alleged robbery which occurred at a service station on Bagot Road, Coconut Grove around 3:50am today.
Police believe a man entered the business and threatened the console operator with a machete before leaving with a small amount of cash and a quantity of cigarettes.
The person of interest is described as an adult male of Aboriginal appearance who was wearing blue jeans, a long sleeve black jacket with a hood and a red bandana on his face.
Anyone with information is urged to notify police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
