Police seek information: Suspicious behaviour, Inala

Queensland Police are appealing for public assistance to help identify a man who may be able to assist with their investigations into suspicious behaviour involving a four-year-old boy at Inala last Friday, June 9.

Initial investigations indicate that around 9:35am, the boy and his mother were walking through an Inala Avenue shopping centre before a man allegedly approached him from behind and attempted to guide him away from his mother.

The boy's mother then intervened, causing the boy to return to her and the man to leave the area.

The boy did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of the incident.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe might be able to assist their enquiries and are asking him, or anyone who may know the man, to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
