Police Seek Leads in Mt Albert Restaurant Burglary

Police are appealing for information about a burglary at a Mt Albert restaurant on 13 July.

A tablet and cash with a combined value of $500 were taken from the New North Road business.

Police are releasing a photograph of a man who we believe can assist with our enquiries.

"We are asking anyone with information about the male in the brown hoodie and black scarf to contact us," Detective Senior Sergeant Anthony Darvill says.

"Police are working hard to solve these crimes which cause unnecessary stress on hard working business owners."

Enquiries have been ongoing into the burglary over the past week.

"We believe someone in the community can identify the person-of-interest and we'd like your help," Detective Senior Sergeant Darvill says.
