Police Seek Missing Darling Point Teen

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's east.

Zhen Wu, also known as Jenny, aged 14, was last seen in Darling Point, about 1pm yesterday (Friday 4 September 2026).

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Jenny is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build, with long black hair with purple highlights.

She was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt, black track pants and was carrying a black backpack.

Jenny may be using the rail network to travel.

She known to frequent the Darling Point, Bondi Junction, Paddington, Hurstville and the Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone with information on Jenny's whereabouts is urged to contact Bondi Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
