Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Sydney's south west.
Sidney Lockwood, aged 85, was last seen about 10am today (Monday 30 June 2025) on Virginius Street, Padstow.
Officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were contacted today (Monday 30 June 2025) and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police and family hold concerns for Sidney's welfare as he lives with Dementia.
Sidney is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 165cm to 170cm tall, of slim build, with balding grey hair. He was last seen wearing tracksuit pants and possibly a beanie.
Sidney is known to frequent Padstow Railway Station and the nearby shops, Bunnings Padstow and surrounding parks.
