Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man last seen from Sydney's inner west.
Ivan Vargek, aged 93, was last seen on driving on Burnsbury Grove, Dulwich Hill, about 9am yesterday (Monday 19 October 2026).
When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Ivan's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, with white/grey hair and a short grey beard.
Police believe Ivan is driving a white 2021 Suzuki Ignis sedan with the NSW registration EOZ21A.
Ivan is known to frequent the Ashfield and Dulwich Hill areas.
