Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the Blue Mountains.
Blake Rozyn, aged 17, was last seen on the Great Western Highway, Blaxland, about 4pm on Saturday (19 July 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Inquiries have revealed Blake was seen walking south along Fassifern Road, Fassifern - in the Lake Macquarie region - yesterday morning (Sunday 20 July 2025). Police have reason to believe he may be in the Newcastle or Lake Macquarie areas.
Police and family hold concerns for Blake's welfare.
Blake is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 190cm tall, thin build with short brown hair and brown eyes. Blake has a tattoo of a cross behind one ear and a tattoo of a star behind the other ear.
He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket with the word 'Hoodrich' printed in white on the front, black or grey tracksuit pants and white and blue shoes.
He is known to frequent the lower Blue Mountains area.
