Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's west.
Clayton Cook-Hooper, aged 13, was last seen at Faulconbridge about 11am on Sunday 31 May 2026.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blue Mountain Police Area Command were notified at 6pm on Monday (1 June 2026) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Clayton's welfare due to his age.
Clayton is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm-160cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with "Geedup" writing across the chest, black ripped jeans, Nike "TN" shoes, and possibly a "Gucci" hat.
Clayton is believed to frequent the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Mount Druitt areas.
