Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's west.
Ahnaf Thamid, aged 16, was last seen in Westmead, about 8.50pm yesterday (Sunday 22 February 2026).
When he was unable to located or contacted officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to him living with a number of health conditions.
Ahnaf is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, 145cm tall, thin build with curly black coloured hair.
He was last seen wearing a brown shirt with black stripes on the sleeves, light grey pants, dark coloured sandals and wearing black rimmed glasses.
Ahnaf is known to frequent the Westmead and Parramatta areas.
