Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing Werribee woman Sara.
The 30-year-old was last seen on Jarvis Crescent in Dandenong North between 1pm and 4pm on Sunday, 28 December.
It is believed Sara has a two-month-old baby with her.
Police have concerns for the welfare of Sara and the baby, due to medical issues and the young age of the child.
Officers believe she may have travelled towards Altona or Werribee.
Sara is perceived to be African in appearance, approximately 165cm tall, of medium build with black hair.
Anyone who sights Sara is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) or anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call Dandenong Police Station on (03) 97677444.
