Police are appealing for assistance to locate a 79-year-old man reported missing from Surfers Paradise.
Ivan Chia, pictured, was last seen near Via Roma around 11:4am today, 7 June, and has not been heard from since.
Officers and family hold concerns for Ivan's welfare due to him having a medical condition that can leave him disorientated.
He is described as Southeast Asian in appearance, with brown eyes, short black and grey hair with a moustache. He was last seen wearing a grey and black long sleeve polo shirt, black business pants, and black & green, fluorescent shoes.
Officers are appealing to Ivan, or anyone who may have information regarding his welfare or whereabouts to come forward.
