Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Coburg on 26 August.
It's believed a pregnant female driver was struck while exiting her vehicle on Sydney Road, Coburg at about 10am.
It's alleged a red Ford hatchback travelling northbound, has veered into the left lane and hit the woman causing her to fall to the ground.
The driver of the hatchback did not stop and continued driving along Sydney Road.
The woman was taken to hospital after sustaining a broken leg.
Police have released images of a vehicle they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.
