Police are investigating following an aggravated burglary at Thomson this morning, Victoria Police say.
It’s believed three to four people gained entry to an Olney Drive residence about 12.50am.
They entered a bedroom and seriously assaulted a 31-year-old man before stealing a 2002 black Holden Statesman and an unregistered motorcycle.
The victim managed to make his way to a neighbour’s house and an ambulance was called.
He was taken to hospital suffering critical injuries and an investigation is underway.
