Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the states west.
Deanna Bariesheff, aged 44, was last seen in Lightning Ridge, last Friday (28 August 2026).
When Deanna was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Central North Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Deanna's welfare as she lives with a health condition.
Deanna is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, medium build with long grey/dark coloured hair.
It is not known what she maybe wearing.
Deanna is known to frequent the Lightening Ridge and surrounding areas.
