Police are looking to identify three men following an assault and robbery of a taxi driver in Browns Hill Place, West Melbourne on 20 October, Victoria Police say.
The driver’s taxi was blocked by a white sedan when attempting to park about 2.45am
The victim and the male driver of the white sedan became involved in an argument before another two males arrived in a silver utility.
The three male offenders got out of their vehicles, assaulted the victim and stole his mobile phone.
The victim sustained bruising as a result of the assault.
Investigators are seeking the identity of three men depicted in still images taken from the taxi CCTV footage who police believe can assist with their enquiries.
