Police treating house fire as suspicious - Bligh Park

Police are appealing for public assistance following a suspicious house fire in Sydney's north west this morning.

About 5.20am (Thursday 4 February 2021), emergency services were called to Neilson Crescent, Bligh Park, following reports a house was well alight.

Fire crews attended and extinguished the blaze.

No one was home at the time, and no one was injured.

Officers from Hawkesbury Police Area Command established a crime scene, which be examined by forensic police.

Police are treating the fire as suspicious and appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and noticed suspicious activity to come forward.
