Detectives have charged a man and a woman following the death of a 7-month-old boy at Yugar.
It will be alleged police were called at approximately 6.45am today to a Mount Samson Road address, where the infant was located deceased.
A 22-year-old woman and 33-year-old man, both known to the child, were taken into custody at the scene.
They have both been charged with one count each of murder and torture. They are due to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow (November 4).
