As the search continues for missing 42-year-old man, Brett Breeze from Bowen, Police are continuing to appeal for urgent public assistance.
Police have set up a Forward Command Post on Hay Street, behind the Bowen PCYC building, where members of the public are encouraged to visit in person, if they have any information that may assist in locating Brett.
Police and family hold concern for Brett's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Brett Breeze left a health facility at Gregory Street around 4.30pm on Tuesday 19 August 2025 and was also sighted in the vicinity of Front Beach, Santa Barbara Parade in Bowen around midday on Wednesday 20 August 2025, but there have been no other confirmed sightings since this time.
Brett is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, with a solid build, auburn hair and blue eyes.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have information, relevant dashcam or CCTV footage that may assist investigations to come forward.
