Police have charged a 17-year-old boy in relation to a serious traffic crash involving an allegedly stolen vehicle at Hamilton, in Brisbane's north, yesterday 7 April.
The 17-year-old Capalaba boy has been charged with enter dwelling and commit, receive tainted property, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, fail to remain at scene of traffic crash.
He was refused police bail and is due to appear in Brisbane Childrens Court today, 8 April.
The remaining three other occupants of the Land Rover remain in Brisbane hospitals under police guard undergoing treatment.
The occupants of the Mazda, a 25-year-old and a 30-year-old man, both remain in hospital with serious injuries.
