It will be alleged that the man was deliberately struck along Toowoomba Connection Road shortly after 3pm on Sunday November 20.

The 33-year-old Boronia Heights man was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he died yesterday (December 3).

On November 21, a 46-year-old Rockville was charged with one count of attempt to murder, two counts of endangering the safety of a person in a vehicle with intent, and one count of dangerous operation of motor vehicle.
