Police update 2: Attempted murder charge at Millmerran

Toowoomba detectives have today charged a 25-year-old man with further offences following an alleged incident at The Pines, near Millmerran, on Sunday, April 2.

A 25-year-old Dubbo man who was initially charged over the incident has today had his charges upgraded to attempted murder (domestic violence offence).

He has also been further charged with one count each of robbery (domestic violence offence), unlawful use of a motor vehicle (domestic violence offence), going armed to cause fear.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to re-appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow, April 5.
