A 24-year-old Home Hill man has been charged in relation to a fatal quad bike crash near Ayr on May 14.
The man has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving over the alcohol limit and driving an unregistered vehicle on a road.
The man appeared in the Ayr Magistrates Court today and will reappear on October 26.
