Police update 4: Death investigation at Karawatha

Detectives investigating the death of a 40-year-old woman at Karawatha on February 9 have identified a cyclist captured on footage in the area.

Police made an appeal for public assistance yesterday while releasing CCTV of the man riding a bicycle on Railway Parade.

Investigators have since spoken with the man and finalised the line of inquiry.

As part of the ongoing investigation detectives are continuing to review all available CCTV footage and attempting to identify any people or vehicles seen in the area.

Police continue to appeal to motorists who were travelling along Wembley Road between 2.45am and 3.20am on Saturday, February 9 to come forward.
