Police Update: Break And Enter Appealin Brisbane City

Detectives have released vision of vehicles and men who may be able to assist ongoing investigations into a break and enter in Brisbane City on 6 April.

At 3.08am, police were called to a business on Edward Street to reports a stolen Mercedes SUV had deliberately driven into the front of a business.

Two men subsequently entered the store and stole a quantity of merchandise, before fleeing in a white 2017 Mercedes hatchback and a white 2017 Mercedes sedan AMGC63 with QLD Rego TG1F. It was last seen with different plates AIC402.

The SUV was abandoned at the scene.

The hatchback was later recovered on 10 April, abandoned at on Burchell Street in Carina.

Two vehicles were initially stolen from a Chatsworth Road address in Coorparoo on 1 April.

The Mercedes sedan remains outstanding, and investigators believe it was used during fuel drive offs on 2 April.

Police believe at least four people are linked to the offence.

One man is described as having a medium complexion, with a solid build and a moustache. He was last seen wearing long black pants and a black hoodie.

A second male was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, long black pants, a white cap and white sneakers.

Anyone who recognises the people or vehicles, or has relevant information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, is urged contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
