Northern Territory Police have released a 19-year-old male who was arrested earlier today in relation to charges of weapons offences.
The 19-year-old and a 17-year-old male were both arrested after the 17-year-old allegedly threw spears at a police car causing damage.
The 19-year-old was charged with being armed with offensive and controlled weapons in a public place. These charges have subsequently been withdrawn.
Enquiries are continuing.
