Police have charged a man following investigations into a fatal traffic crash at Banya on the Sunshine Coast in January.
The Mitsubishi Fuso truck's driver, a 56-year-old Rosemount man, was issued a Notice to Appear on 4 April.
He has been charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle while relevant drug is present.
The man is due to appear before Caloundra Magistrates Court on 23 April.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
