A Mt Barker man has been arrested following a city assault last weekend.
Police will allege just after 4am on Sunday 24 November, police and paramedics were called to a convenience store at the corner of Hindley and Morphett Street after reports a man had allegedly been assaulted.
The 22-year-old victim, was conveyed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Eastern Adelaide Police investigating the incident released a CCTV image of the suspect wearing a black hooded top in a bid to identify him.
On Wednesday 27 November the alleged suspect handed himself in to police.
The 21-year-old man from Mt Barker was arrested and charged with assault cause harm and was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 17 January.
