Inquiries continue after a man died and another was injured at a construction site in Macquarie Park.
Emergency services were called to Epping Road about 12.20pm (Monday 1 April 2019), after scaffolding 15-17 metres in height collapsed on workers.
One worker, an 18-year-old man, died at the scene. Another man, aged 55, has been taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Investigations into the incident continue.
A crime scene has been established and the incident will be investigated by police from Ryde Police Area Command and SafeWork NSW officials.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
