Police have revoked an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) following an ongoing incident today at Capalaba.
Police were called to a disturbance around 9.30am at a Finucane Road address which was peacefully resolved through negotiation and a man was taken into custody.
No one was harmed during this incident.
Police established an exclusion zone just after 12.30 today in the interests of public safety.
The declared zone is now open. Police wish to thank everyone for their understanding and patience.
