Police update: Serious traffic crash at Mena Creek

A 24-year-old man has died following a serious traffic crash at Mena Creek on Monday, March 30.

Around 11:45pm, the 24-year-old Babinda man was travelling on Mena Creek Road when he lost control of his car causing it to roll.

He was flown to Townsville Hospital in a critical condition where he died today.

Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are renewing their appeal for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact police.
