Police update: Stolen trailer at Daisy Hill

A Gold Coast man has been charged following a public appeal last week in relation to the alleged theft of a work trailer in Daisy Hill.

Officers from Springwood executed a search warrant at a Pimpama address on January 30 where it will be alleged a vehicle of interest involved in this offence and a number of stolen tools (pictured) were located.

A 30-year-old Pimpama man has been charged with one count of possession of stolen property and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on March 12.

The stolen trailer with Queensland registration 026UIZ, fitted with a number of specialised drawers, is still outstanding.

Members of the public are asked to contact police if they have any information in relation to the whereabouts of the trailer.
