Police update: Sudden death investigation, Gordonbrook Dam

Police are seeking public assistance to trace the movements of two people and a vehicle after their bodies were located in Gordonbrook Dam around 3.30pm yesterday.

The identities of the couple are yet to be confirmed however they are believed to be a local man aged in his fifties and local woman aged in her late forties.

Detectives, tracing their movements, are seeking public assistance with officers appealing for anyone who saw their white 2004 Holden Commodore station wagon parked in the picnic area of Gordonbrook Dam (image below).

The vehicle is believed to have been there since February 22 and anyone who saw the vehicle or has further information is urged to immediately contact police.
